Chelsea-Ann Patry, M.D.

Dr. Chelsea-Ann Patry is a board-certified anesthesiologist with subspecialty certification in Pain Medicine from the American Board of Anesthesiology. She completed her undergraduate studies at Wellesley College in Massachusetts in 2013 and earned her medical degree from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in Greenville in 2020. Dr. Patry completed both her residency in Anesthesiology and her fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at the University of Virginia, where she trained extensively in the diagnosis and treatment of complex pain conditions. Dr. Patry brings a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to Charlottesville Pain Management Center. She believes that the best outcomes are achieved when patients are active participants in their own care, and she takes time to truly listen, educate, and collaborate. Her care
philosophy is rooted in empathy, evidence-based medicine, and a deep respect for each patient’s experience. Whether performing image-guided procedures or discussing lifestyle and treatment options, she strives to create a clinical environment that is calm, transparent, and empowering.
